Answers for new users:

1. Why do I have to be authorized?

This process is very important for us and customers. We really want to save our users from scams, which never lose their chances to take someone’s money. You just have to prove that you are a real person. Moreover, we have to be sure that your card will be used by you, but not by some cheater.

Authorization is conducted in a few ways. A user can pass the process with the help of email, phone or card (in case it’s really needed).

2. Where will I find my authorization code?

We ask to give us both email address and phone number. They should be valid. Two different codes will be sent on your email and phone. Check them both and put each of them to an appropriate place. If you somehow didn’t get one or any code, contact our support managers.

3. Will my personal data be saved from other parties?

There’s a strict rule about privacy inside of our company. No one except for managers sees your personal info. When the registration is over you become an owner of a special code. Writers see it, but not your personal data. Managers should know this kind of info because they have to communicate with you about orders and other details.

4. How to make an order?

Make up your mind about a type of your material, fill in the ordering form and describe your needs and demands. It will be processed and confirmed by our managers.

5. When will I get a writer?

If you’ve already paid for your task, wait for a while. We’ll start selecting an appropriate writer. You’ll see that an expert is matched by a special indication. Enter your control panel and there will be a confirmation.

6. What kind of assignments do you accept?

There are no restrictions for document types. Our specialists work with both business and academic papers. Just send us your request and we’ll check if there’s an available writer for you.

7. Can you fulfill my task online?

You can download a paper to your account and our writers will follow all your guides. But we can’t enter your account and fulfil an order from it.

8. Can I pay for my order after delivery?

Unfortunately, this option isn’t provided. We send an order to a writer after it’s been paid. Don’t worry, all orders are fulfilled in the most careful manner and delivered in time.

9. Do you offer money refund?

You’ll get your money back in case something went wrong with your order or the result doesn’t satisfy your demands. Our company has a strict policy which is taken into account when problems appear. But you don’t have to be worried about this, because experts of the service excellently fulfill all tasks in the shortest terms.

10. How much will I have to pay for my order fulfillment?

All prices depend on different factors: discipline complexity, volume, academic level etc. We created a special system of bonuses for customers, who want to save more money.

11. Will I get an original paper?

You can be sure about uniqueness of your received papers. Each order is checked for plagiarism. If matches are found, an expert rewrites a text.

15. Can I choose a writer by myself?

Yes, off course. You can ask your previous writer to compose a new text. We’ll give him/her your order in case he/she doesn’t have other urgent tasks.

1. I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forgot your password, just use our special option. Give us your email and reset instruction will be sent to you.

2. How can I be sure that my order doesn’t contain grammar errors?

Our professional editors check each paper and correct all mistakes.

3. Can I ask for changes in case a preview version is unsatisfactory?

Yes, you can ask your writer to add some changes in case you think that your instructions aren’t followed.
